Who we are

chat-cv is operated by WIP Solutions Inc., a Delaware corporation (“we”, “us”, “our”). The service is available at chat-cv.talenthunt.work.

What data we collect

Account data: email address, chosen display name, and URL slug when you sign up.

Profile content: the text, positions, and career information you enter or import. Artifacts (files, links, notes) you upload are stored and associated with your account.

Chat sessions:when someone chats with a public profile, we store the conversation including the visitor's messages, timestamps, and an anonymised fingerprint. If you're signed in, sessions are linked to your account.

Technical data: IP addresses, browser user-agent strings, and referrer URLs for security and rate-limiting purposes. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.

Why we collect it

To provide the service (hosting your profile, running the chat), to keep the service secure, and to show you aggregated session analytics in your owner dashboard. We use Anthropic's Claude API to generate answers; requests are sent with zero-data-retention enabled — Anthropic does not store or train on your profile content.

Where it's stored

User data and profile content are stored in Supabase (PostgreSQL). Files and artifacts are stored in Supabase Storage. The application is hosted on Vercel. All infrastructure providers are contractually bound to process data only as directed.

What we don't do

We do not sell your data. We do not use your content to train AI models. We do not serve behavioural advertising. We do not share your data with third parties except as necessary to operate the service (infrastructure providers listed above).

Cookies

We use only functional cookies required for authentication (Supabase session tokens). No marketing cookies, no analytics pixels. No cookie consent banner is required under GDPR for functional-only cookies.

Your rights

You can export or delete your account and all associated data at any time. To submit a data subject access request (DSAR), use the contact form on this pageand select “Other” as the topic. We respond within 30 days.

Changes to this policy

We will post updates here with a new effective date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
